1.5 pound 92/8 ground beef
1 pound mild Italian sausage
2 eggs, beaten (like scrambling)
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1 white onion, chopped
1/2 cup BBQ
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon garlic salt
If the sausage is in links, cut open the casings and remove the meat.
Use a fork to tear apart the ground beef and sausage.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and put into two loaf pans.
Put a thin layer of BBQ on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Worked well with Kings' Hawaiian BBQ and spicy sausage
